Alex Wathen is licensed in most federal appeals courts and will accept appeals throughout the country. Whether your appeal is from a bankruptcy court to a district court or bankruptcy appellate panel, from a bankruptcy or district court to one of the circuit courts of appeal, or to the United States Supreme Court, there is a good chance that Alex Wathen can put his experience and expertise to work for you. Alex Wathen is licensed in the Supreme Court and most Circuits. Most district courts will allow a federally licensed attorney such as Alex Wathen to handle cases in that district under an arrangement called pro hac vice even though the attorney is not licensed in that specific federal district. Alex Wathen always been admitted pro hac vice without problems in the past. Alex routinely serves clients out of state. Therefore, regardless of where you live Alex's services are available to you.

Alex Wathen is Board Certified in Consumer Bankruptcy Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization where he also serves on the Bankruptcy Advisory Commission. He is also a member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys.
